Online sports betting is becoming more and more popular as technology continues to make it available. While there are still a lot of US laws and legislation that are hindering Online gambling from reaching it's potential in America, there are still some options left open to the public. Some individuals have taken advantage of these opportunities and have made some serious cash. These individuals have made money from the actual gambling as well as setting up the sites that allow it.

To give a quick idea of the possibilities that are available with online gambling, we will discuss two of the world's richest online gamblers. First of all is the American Ruth Parasol, who was just added to the world's billionaire list. She is considered an online gambling tycoon, and owns the PartyGaming company that allows the popular PartyPoker site. The site went public in England in June and made incredible profits immediately.

On the other end of the spectrum, Calvin Ayre is an avid gambler who has also reached the billionaire list. He is from Canada and started gambling about a decade ago in Costa Rica. He would take bets over the internet and earned most of his money from the United States, where online gambling is illegal for the most part. He lives out of state, and so is out of reach for the United States to enforce any type of action on him.

As you can see, it is very possible to make a lot of money through online gambling. With any type of gambling, there is also a lot of risk involved. If you are smart you can continue to make money and increase your revenue but if you get overconfident you are likely to lose it all. The world's professional gamblers have almost perfected a system of checks and balances in their online gambling approaches. Using games like Black Jack and Poker, you can do some things to ensure that you at least are making some money. Don't start betting tons of money until you have money to spare. Anything too risky could possibly boost you to incredible riches, but more than likely will cost you your livelihood.

Exercise volatility and self control with online sports betting and you may end up like these billionaires. Select your games wisely, keep a clear head, beware of greed, and don't get discouraged. With lots of practice, and diligent study you can make some serious money and enjoy the comforts that the world has to offer.
